     Besides having swine farms that meet the export standard, Samphran Farm has been aware that quality pork must be processed with production processes that meet the acceptable standard. Since all steps of these procedures must be safe, Samphran Farm Co., Ltd. has established the standardized slaughter house for export purposes on behalf of “Samphran Slaughterhouse Co., Ltd” in order to offer products which are  managed the quality cycle completely and to process the products from Samphran Farm effectively and efficiently.

     The slaughterhouse of Samphran Farm is certified by the Department of Livestock Development to meet the standard of slaughterhouse (No. EST 170) and also certified to have standardized GMP and HACCP for exportation by adopting the state of the art technology, international knowledge in terms of meat preservation, including the safety standard of meat for manufacturing processes. In every lot of production, the flesh is conveyed to inspect food contamination and bacterial substance which are harmful to the consumers. The consumers can be confident that the pork from Samphran Slaughter was produced with maximum safety.
     Samphran Slaughterhouse is equipped with the state of the art tools and mechanism; therefore, the production of pork is operated with maximum safety. The carcass of swine is never placed on the floor as it could be the cause of bacterial contamination which is harmful to the consumers. In addition, the factory must be equipped with a temperature controller to prevent the flesh from bacterial infection. Also, employees’ hygiene is considered crucial in the manufacturing process. The staffs must dress firmly and cleanly. They must be verified from annual health check up programs to prevent the flesh from bacterial contamination which is harmful to the consumer.

     In cutting processes of Samphran Farm’s pork, the part must be processed with hygienic cutting ranged from up-to-date standardized tools and mechanisms which are free from contamination, including the inspection of finished work using metal detector to ensure that the pork is free from contamination. Besides, employees’ hygiene is very important. The factory, therefore, adopted hand-washing and instrument cleansing compliance to prevent the pork from contamination.
     Packing and storing processes are considered very important. In the packing process, we use only standardized packaging in terms of food grade container. The scale is inspected routinely to ensure the validity of weight. Also, the cold storage must be managed in order to store the product accordingly with the standard of exportation.
     Distribution is the final process before the product is delivered to the hands nof consumers safely. The parts of Samphran Farm’s swines will be delivered by standardized trucks equipped with cold storage. The cold chain system is managed through the journey to prevent the bacterial occurence and contamination by dirt. As a result, the freshness of product is long-lasting as well as its lifetime storage.
